3. Send the completed document to info@nextie.com by email. We will respond to you as soon as possible after receiving the email.

* If you are not convenient filling in the form, you may send us the necessary information directly via email. 

* Please make sure the warranty does not expire before submitting your claim. The warranty period starts from the date of shipment.

Standard Edition: 2 Years

Premium Edition: 3 Years

Supreme Edition: 5 Years.
