[Update 2022.05] New Arrival: 6 New Models of Mountain Carbon Rims

Committed to making products lighter and stronger, we have been making continuous efforts. In 2022 this year, we have updated three series of carbon fiber mountain rims, the Ultralight Edition UML30 and UML34 series in 30mm width and 34mm width, and the Premium Edition XML38 series in 38mm width.

What is Free Coating Manufacturing for Carbon Fiber Bicycle Rims?

Free Coating Manufacturing process is a newly developed process in manufacturing carbon fiber rims, no sanding or finish coating process conducted on rim surface. Rims get polishing treatment right after the raw ones come out from the rim molds. The Advantages of FCM are: Better Quality, Lighter Weight, Scratch Resistance and Environment-friendly.

Recently, some remarks on the Internet have questioned the professionalism of our newly developed Unicorn 36" carbon bicycle rim. The main argument is that the popular NightRider tires on the market cannot fit the Unicorn 36" rim very well, so it is questioned that the Unicorn rim does not conform to the design standard. In view of this, we have made precise analysis, measurement and testing for reference.
